vetiver is committed to keeping our community, customers & employees safe. below is a list of our new safety procedures & protocols.
Prior to your appointment:
Please cancel your appointment if you become sick or develop any symptoms. Cancel 24 hours ahead of your appointment start time if possible.
Contact the salon if you have any questions or if you need/would feel more comfortable with certain Covid accommodations during your appointment.
Clients and customers are not required to wear masks but a mask can be provided for you if you would feel more comfortable wearing one.
The comfort level and protocol of each stylist and massage therapist varies, they may or may not be masked upon your arrival (unless you have specifically requested that they stay masked during your appointment, in which case they will absolutely accommodate this request).
Although your stylist/massage therapist will mask upon your request, we cannot guarantee other nearby staff and customers/clients will be masked. Contact us before scheduling your appointment if this is a problem and we can talk about options that feel safe for you.
Touchless checkout will be used when needed.
